All Texas Public Information requests should be made in writing and include the following details:
- Requester full name
- Organization
- Street address, city, state, and zip code
- Primary telephone number
- Email address
- Please provide a detailed description of your request in the email/letter.

The Harris Center fees associated with Public Information Requests are consistent with those outlined by the Texas Public Information Act. The Harris Center will provide you a cost estimate if the fees associated with your request are expected to exceed $40.00.
The Texas Public Information Act contains certain exceptions to disclosure of public information. The Harris Center will communicate any detail that requires clarification or further discussion.
